The conference will be held in 3 languages (English with the simultaneous translation into Russian and Chinese (Mandarin). We are looking for a company, which can provide this service for us. Description of work: 1) Simultaneous translation from English to Russian and From English to Mandarin. 2) 2 days of work from 9 a.m. till 5 p.m. (during each day: 1h 30min lunch break and 2 coffee breaks (30 minutes each). 3) Approximately 24-26 presentations (12-13 on the first day and the same number on the second day), lengths of each presentation 20 minutes. 4) All presentations are very technical, dedicated to high security printing industry (printing, paper making, holograms, inks and passport materials productions, documents personalization, plastic curds production). 5) The Power Point version of all presentations will be submitted to your company 2-4 weeks before the conference starts. 6) The speakers do not always follow the exact Power Point presentation; they can add some other information which is not shown on slides. Also there will be some questions from the audience.
